Accommodation conditions

Price of extra bed:

• Extra bed CZK 690 per person/night (couch width 140 cm = full bed)
• Baby cot with bed linen available for CZK 250 (one-time fee)
• Children's chair (Ikea) to borrow for free

A stay of 7 nights or more is a 20% discount

A child under the age of 3 without a bed is free.

The price does not include a municipal fee of CZK 30 per person/day (children under 18 do not pay)

Meals are not included in the price.

The minimum number of nights for accommodation during the season is 3 nights.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire building.

This is, but pets are not allowed.

Free Wi-Fi available, parking at the cottage included in the price, unlimited access to the outdoor grill with seating, outdoor seating, ski storage room, bicycle shed, boot dryer, sunbeds with cushions, semi-sunbeds with a blanket in winter, table tennis - equipment rental available, small children's sandpit, common room with children's corner, garden, fireplace, possibility to rent a kettle for cooking.

The outdoor tub is charged in the amount of CZK 600 + the second and every additional hour CZK 200 / hour.

The reservation is bindingly confirmed after receiving a deposit, which is 30% of the accommodation price.

The advance payment is paid after receiving the variable symbol until the data maturity date, the payment will be to our account: 3226177339 / 0800

Check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival, arrival after 18:00 is possible after agreement with the manager.

Check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure.
